We are Alice and Emma, founders of

Connect. Relate. Communicate. ©

We are experienced Interpersonal Psychotherapists (IPT), Mental Health Nurses and former NHS colleagues with a combined experience of over 45 years.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy is our field of expertise with a wealth of Mental Health and Neurodiversity experience and knowledge.

We endeavor to help others live more fulfilling lives through individual therapy, coaching and workshops.

What we do

We understand that sometimes life can be really difficult.

Whether its the result of a life experience, like the break up of a relationship, the death of a loved one, being made redundant, receiving a medical diagnosis, or even a 'happy' life experience, the challenges of adjusting to these events can really bring our mood down.

 Interpersonal Psychotherapy

We provide individual therapy offering IPT. IPT is an evidence based talking therapy for depression, anxiety, life transitions and difficulties in relationships. It is recommended in NICE guidance for depression in adults.

Workshops & Courses

We provide expert support through tailor made courses and workshops for parents & grandparents looking to improve communication & relationships with children, partners and co parents, particularly where neurodiversity is present.

workplace coaching

One to one coaching aimed at improving communication, job satisfaction and workplace cohesion. This is usually short term in nature, with the number of sessions being based on needs and goals.

Emma is fantastic, her knowledge and experience added value to the IPT sessions

Alice helped me through a very difficult chapter in my life. I felt completely broken prior to seeing Alice, however, very soon into the processI started to feel better about things. The support, advice and techniques provided by Alice helped heal the trauma and I felt a new person by the end of the process. I can t speak Highly enough for the help I was given, it literally saved my life.
