Explore the services below to see how I can support your journey.

Therapy information and fees

I work with clients/couples going through challenging times, often experiencing symptoms of low mood and anxiety. In our therapy sessions, we’ll begin by exploring your relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of the difficulties you’re facing. From there, we’ll collaborate to identify areas for growth or change, and tailor a therapy plan that suits your needs.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and typically takes place weekly, though this can be adjusted to fit your circumstances. There's no minimum or maximum number of sessions for Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) or Couple Therapy, and we can discuss this further during our initial consultation.

I offer online and face to face therapy in Nottingham from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 8 pm.

Fees:

- Individual therapy: £60 per 60-minute session

- Couples therapy: £65 per 60-minute session

- Initial couples session (90 minutes): £85

Additional Charges:

- £10 for evening sessions (starting after 5pm)

- £10 for in-person (face-to-face) sessions

You can also book a free, 15-minute consultation to see if IPT is the right fit for you, with no obligation to continue.

Supervision is available at £75 per hour, and I welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific needs in more detail. Please feel free to contact me to arrange a consultation.

Neuro-Affirmative & LGBTQIA+ Affirmative

I offer a welcoming, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ friendly space where all identities and ways of experiencing the world are respected. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and couple I work with.

Therapy for Couples

I provide couples therapy based on the developmental model from Couples Institute, which focuses on understanding and addressing the unique challenges couples face at different stages of their relationship. Through this approach, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional connection. Together, we will explore patterns and behaviors that may be hindering your relationship, while fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing. My goal is to guide you in navigating challenges and building a more fulfilling partnership.

Here are some of the issues I help couples with:

1. Communication Breakdown

Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in negative cycles — talking over each other, avoiding difficult conversations, or misunderstanding each other’s intentions. I help couples slow things down, express themselves clearly, and really hear one another, creating space for more respectful and meaningful dialogue.

2. Loss of Connection or Intimacy

Over time, emotional or physical closeness can fade. Whether due to life stress, parenting, or drifting apart, I support couples in exploring what’s missing and how to reconnect. Together, we work on rebuilding intimacy, increasing shared understanding, and bringing warmth back into the relationship.

3. Conflict and Repeated Arguments

Recurring disagreements can feel exhausting and hurtful. In therapy, I help couples understand the roots of their conflict, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways to manage disagreements — reducing blame and increasing empathy.

4. Trust Issues and Betrayal

Whether from infidelity, secrecy, or past wounds, trust can be deeply shaken. I offer a structured, supportive space to process what’s happened, explore the impact, and begin the complex work of repair — if both partners are willing to engage.

5. Life Transitions and Relationship Strain

Big changes — like becoming parents, blending families, job loss, or illness — can put pressure on any relationship. I help couples navigate these transitions with greater resilience by strengthening their connection, clarifying roles, and supporting emotional adjustment.

Relationship Therapy For Individuals

This Therapy has a distinct focus on the persons relational patterns, Attachment style and Relationship history.

It’s useful for people who are:

  • Struggling in their current relationship but their partner won’t come to therapy.

  • Recovering from a breakup, divorce, or betrayal.

  • Trying to understand why certain patterns keep showing up in their love life.

  • Preparing for a healthy relationship after a history of difficult ones.

  • Working through attachment issues, fear of intimacy, or trust challenges.

  • Processing relationships with family members or close friends.

  • Exploring how their upbringing or early attachment experiences shape how they relate to others.
