What is IPT?
IPT is an evidence based, NICE recommended therapy that has been used effectively for over 30 years.
It is a collaborative process where we identify together how your mood and life events are impacting on your ability to enjoy life to the fullest and employ some simple strategies to move forward.
Your mood may have been impacted by a recent change in your life, a loss or bereavement, or even something 'happy' occurring.
We know that communication underpins all relationships, whether at work, at home and at play. When our mood is low, communication becomes a struggle, relationships can falter and even break down completely.
We know through our experience and skills that some simple steps can improve communication and lead to more satisfying relationships.
